In terms of digitizing the business, it has become less about disruption and more about meeting focused objectives.
For instance, having a better understanding of customers and markets (46%); customer experience (45%); increasing productivity (40%); and employee experience (35%).
That said, with the vast majority of organizations opting to improve business models and processes, their needs can be well-supported by HR tech start-ups that cater to niche and custom areas for their HR clients.
