Kathy is the Director of Cornerstone International Group Beijing office. She is responsible for the management and engagement of Workforce Transition and Career & Talent Management Consulting projects.
Previous Experience
Over 7 years of extensive experience accumulated by support and management of programs in terms of talent development, career development and career transition. Kathy is a recognized professional consultant and project manager in project execution.
Prior to joining Cornerstone International Group, Kathy was the consultant and project management team leader of a global career and talent consulting firm. She engaged in the customer’s need analysis initiatively, communicated and coordinated with different sponsors proactively, foresaw any possible risks and potential issues to ensure the project success. Her initiative, diligence and professionalism achieved three consecutive years of client satisfactory star.
In Kathy’s earlier career, she was a senior project manager at import & export trading company, mainly taking charge of projects with contract amount of more than 1 million. Meanwhile, she gained some experience in the manufacturing industry.
