Petr has over 25 years of experience holding top executive positions in subsidiaries of multinational corporations. He speaks Czech, Slovak, Russian, English & German.
Previous Experience
Petr helped establish brands such as Loctite, BPB Rigips, Ytong – Xella in the Czech market. He worked with Northumbrian Water in the UK and HENKEL in Slovakia. Apart having full P/L responsibility in these positions Petr´s tasks included sales & marketing activities and actions ensuring market share growth & personal development of his staff & co-workers.
In his capacity as consultant he has worked both internally within company management structures as well as externally, providing advisory services to company executives of Czech and international companies. Education
Petr acquired his education in Australia & Czechoslovakia graduating at the Technical University of Prague (CVUT), Department of Civil Engineering and acquiring the equivalent of a Master´s degree in Water Management & Water Engineering. Following that he completed a six months scholarship with Northumbrian Services in the UK & worked three years as a consultant in the corresponding capacity.
Petr holds a State Exam Certificate in general English and a State Exam Certificate in Translation as well as a Cambridge English Proficiency Certificate, passed with distinction.
Additional Activities
Petr enjoys various sports including cycling, squash, skiing, hiking & scuba diving. He has also been a long-standing member of Rotary Club Prague International & the Toastmasters Club Prague Good Morning TM.
