  • Extraordinary Corporate Situations
    An Interim Executive can fill a gap in leadership, implement a key initiative and provide specialized skills and knowledge. Typical situations include filling the gap of a vacant executive position; turnaround of specific operational inefficiencies; pre and post mergers and acquisitions; strategic planning; new product or new market development; stagnant or declining revenues and preparing for selling of the company or division.

    Make sure it is a good fit for both the client and the executive. Work together on a few projects first, then decide if it is a longer-term fit.
  • Fractional Executives
    Need someone inside your organization for only one or two days a week as CFO, HRD or as Market Entry Advisor? Fractional executives typically serve a few non-competing clients and would devote say Monday and Tuesday to Client A, Wednesday to Client B and so on, so the employer has a clear understanding of when they are available. This is an ideal arrangement for clients that either do not need a full-time executive in the C-suite or require a more cost-effective solution to hire.
