Larry Shoemaker
Larry Shoemaker is the Global Vice Chairman of Cornerstone International Group, focusing on member development and marketing across the organization’s global network.
He previously served as President of Cornerstone International Group, where he played a key leadership role in strengthening the firm’s global presence and enhancing member collaboration.
Since founding the Atlanta office in 1990, Larry has conducted senior-level recruiting assignments, executive coaching, and leadership assessments across North America and globally. His approach to executive search emphasizes not only professional qualifications but also cultural fit between candidates and client organizations.
With a background as an executive coach and certified assessment trainer, Larry brings a unique perspective to each search engagement. A significant portion of his work comes from returning clients and referrals, a testament to the long-term relationships and trust he has cultivated.

Prior to entering executive search, Larry accumulated over 20 years of business leadership experience in general management, sales and marketing, strategic business development, and mergers & acquisitions. His career spans Fortune 200 companies, mid-market firms, U.S. divisions of German and Italian multinationals, and family-owned entrepreneurial businesses.
He has been a key contributor within organizations ranging from Fortune 200, middle market, U.S. divisions of German and Italian headquartered companies and family owned entrepreneurial companies.
