Kester is a Senior Partner based in Beijing with Cornerstone International Group. His focus at Cornerstone includes talent consulting, human capital advisory, leadership training, and human resources programs.
Professional Experience
Kester possesses world-class human resources management and leadership experience gained from working with Fortune 500 multinational corporations and local companies across the Asia-Pacific region.
Previously, he served as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Singapore’s Wilmar International Group, while also holding the role of Chief Operating Officer for the company’s overseas operations in Africa.
His past positions include: Chief Human Resources Officer at Genesis MedTech Group; Vice President of North Asia at DHL; Vice President at Otis China; Country Human Resources Director at Alstom Power; and Country Human Resources Director at HAVI Food Services.
Certifications:
Kester holds an MBA from CEIBS (China Europe International Business School). He is a member of the International Coach Federation and a DDI-certified leadership management trainer.
