She specializes in enabling companies to rapidly build and scale organizations within three to six months—covering greenfield setups, 0 to 1 organizational buildouts, and accelerated deployment of critical talent—significantly improving speed to market and execution effectiveness.

In addition, Gianna has led multiple global restructuring and M&A integration initiatives, ensuring rapid organizational alignment and business continuity across complex, multi stakeholder environments.
