Grace has held senior HR leadership roles across world-class trading, banking, consulting and medical device corporations. Her previous positions include Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager and Head of HR Operations at Medtronic Greater China, HR Manager for China at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and HR management roles at Dun & Bradstreet (US commercial consulting firm).
She possesses profound expertise across all HR functions and has applied such experience to two large-scale M&A transactions: the acquisition of a domestic medical device manufacturer by a US wholly-owned enterprise, and the integration of compensation budgets, salary adjustment ranges, job grading frameworks and sales incentive plans for Greater China during the merger of two top-10 global medical device companies.
