Prior to her brand management role, Helen sharpened her strategic and operational skills within leading multinational organizations. At Avery Dennison, she served as the AP Project Management Officer, where she chaired monthly project meetings and utilized a management template developed by BCG to track KPIs and provide decision support to the region’s top management.

Her editorial leadership as Chief Editor of a corporate internal magazine was instrumental in communicating company strategy from the China President, launching new brands, and engaging employees across the country.
