Kester brings world class human resources management and leadership experience earned from Fortune 500 MNC & local companies in Asia Pacific region.
Previously he was the Global CHRO of Singapore based Winning International Group where he concurrently takes partially COO role for oversea operation in Africa;
Other roles he held before included CHRO of Genesis MedTech Group; Vice President of DHL North Asia, Vice President of Otis China, Country HRD of Alstom Power, Country HRD of HAVI Food Services, etc.
Credentials
Kester received his MBA at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) . He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and a certificated Trainer for leadership management by DDI.
