CCC Peer Advisory

Cornerstone CXO Connection

The CCC is Cornerstone’s network of CEOs and CXOs working together to increase company performance and integrate faith and business. CCC is not simply a CEO roundtable, professional networking group or guest speaker forum. It is a confidential and intimate environment where like-minded peers share ideas, discover and plan for areas in their business that need improvement, hold each other accountable, and encourage one another to conduct business in an honorable way.

Began with Confucius

CCC evolves from our China operation, where peer advisory is a well-respected learning method in China. Confucius (500 BC) explicitly proclaimed peer-advisory as his key resource for self-improvement. His popular idiom, which translates as “If the three of us walk together, at least one of the other two is good enough to be my teacher”, is well known to every Chinese.

The objective of the CCC is to enable a fellow leader to succeed in CXO self-improvement while, at the same time, being a resource person to other CXOs in the group. At CCC, the advice is collective. Each CCC group is comprised of up to 12 CXO members. Sharing and deliberating issues and solutions are conducted in confidence and there are no direct competitors or vendors in the same group.

The CCC Difference

GET QUALIFIED ADVICE. Through our regular CCC Peer Advisory Group meetings and 1-on-1 coaching sessions with CCC Chairs, CCC Members gain insight and wisdom from those who have been there. Business issues are presented and weighed in a confidential, non-solicitation environment.

BECOME BETTER LEADERS. CCC Members attribute significant personal leadership improvement to their time in a CCC Peer Advisory Group where effective leadership is measured across three value-added dimensions: Economic, Team, and Legacy.
