To support the Belt and Road initiative and market entry requirement in China; TOTALL Limited, a Cornerstone company with registered office in Hong Kong, provides employer support service by co-employing staffs with our clients in China & other countries when you do not have a legal entity in the country you target for expansion.

Your employees will have all legal documents (i.e. Work Permit and relevant Residence Visa) and rights to work in China / Other countries for the period of the Contract. This Person will, by law, be employed by TOTALL LIMITED (or via our China / Other countries partner) and put at the disposal of the Client for an indefinite period, with three month rolling notice either side. TOTALL Limited will be responsible for the employment and administrative management of the employee, which consists in the payment of monthly salaries, expenses and legal and fiscal declarations, as well as any social and other charges of the employees, and will submit reports on demand.
